Shipping and Returns

Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please refer to the list below for estimated delivery times.

Delivery time

Sweden: 1-3 working days 

Europe: 3-5 working days

Rest of the world: 10-18 working days

We are registered in Norway’s VOEC system, so the price you see is the total price, VAT included.

Taxes and duties are not calculated at checkout. We know that dealing with additional fees, like customs duties and taxes, can be frustrating when shopping internationally. Unfortunately, these charges are set by local regulations in your country and are outside of our control.

Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and, unfortunately, are outside of our control. Typically, these fees are paid at the time of delivery or may be required at the point of checkout, depending on your country's regulations. 

If you have any questions or concerns about the fees, we recommend reaching out to your local customs bureau, as they may be able to assist you with a potential duty refund.

That being said, we sincerely hope that the quality and feel of our hijabs will make the extra effort worth it. We are so grateful to have you as part of our community. Thank you for your patience and for being a valued part of our brand.

Returns 

You can return items within 14 working days of receiving your order. The items must be returned in their original condition, with the hang tag still attached and unused. Worn, used, or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we are not liable for lost or untrackable packages. To ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, such as PostNord or DHL.

Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been received and processed by us.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Unclaimed shipments 

If your order is returned to us due to failure to collect your package, a fee of 250 sek for Swedish orders and 30 EUR / 30 USD / 30 GBP / 300 NOK / 300 SEK / 200 DKK for international orders. This fee covers shipping costs both ways, along with handling and restocking. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
